Vibha Chibber and Shah Rukh Khan shared some unforgettable moments during the 2007 filming of the well-received film Chak De! India, including an incident with coffee during their first scene together. The sports drama's actress, who played Krishnaji, revealed that she had never collaborated with a co-star quite like him.

 

Shah Rukh Khan starred as the women's national hockey team's coach in Shimit Amin's film Chak De! India. In an interview with a media portal, Vibha Chibber—who made her film debut in Chak De—discussed her experience working on the sports drama. SRK is praised profusely, the veteran actress revealed, “Shah Rukh sir was such a nice person to talk to, very humble. He knew that all of us were new, so were scared and he had experience. An actor gets an actor. To work with him was an amazing experience, I have never worked with a co-star like him. When I had to shoot our first scene together, I was so nervous, my heart was pounding.”

 

The actor went on to say that she was practicing her lines with Shah Rukh Khan. She was taken aback when SRK abruptly appeared in front of her when she was idly strolling and sipping coffee and feigned to throw coffee. They both started laughing when they realized it was a practical joke to put her at ease. This episode, coupled with Barry John and theater, forged a bond between them in Delhi. She was "quite comfortable" dealing with him after that.

 

The actor also remembered the night the cast of the movie went to see Shah Rukh's Don in theaters and partied all night. She was relieved to learn that Shah Rukh is not burdened by the fame of his career.

 

She further added, “My daughter would miss me a lot, that time she was 11, and would cry. One day Shah Rukh sir spoke to her and she was so happy! He told me even he doesn’t like outdoor shootings, as he prefers being with his children at home.” She went on to say that he has given her loving hugs and remembered her each time they have seen since then. She thinks it's lovely since a celebrity like him meets a lot of people every day.
